Java TerminalFactory for connecting to Remote JC terminal devices (like JCOP simulator).

First goal of this project

Just put the ds_provider code on github, and make it work again on recent JCOP simulator.

Dependencies

• build dependency: offcard.jar, coming with NXP Semiconductors JCOP tools.
